1-1/16 x 1 inch sterling silver satin finish and diamond engraved EMT medal featuring St. Michael on the front on a 24 inch stainless steel rhodium plated chain. The medal itself is in the shape of the Star of Life, a symbol of emergency care. The front of the medal has a stamped image of St. Michael slaying the dragon and features the words "St. Michael Protect Us" with the letters "EMT" engraved above.
